First Name not getting updated on Academy portal

Hi Team,

I have tried changing my First name a lot of time and every time i change it is updated and next moment i logout and re login again old name is reflected.

This is causing a lot of trouble for me as all the certificate are getting generated with incorrect First Name.

Please help!!
