If you want to become a developer, I would recommend Automation Developer Associate Training which covers the basics. There is also a certification you can take following the training. I started a role at my company with no prior experience and did this along with hands on training and development work.
There is also a professional certificate and training focusing on the REFramework which is essential once you are familiar with the basics.
If you can get real world experience, this would be best. However the below trainings should cover everything (supplementing with forum questions, youtube, and AI )
