Fine tune the CV

Hello,

I am using Computer Vision in order to get a datatable out of some software. I have an issue when it comes to retrieve the 1st column:

Some of the times it gets the right ID but other times it just get some “T” character or something similar due to that icon in the left.

Is there any way to remove the icons from being processed from CV? From what I see it take the whole table as once like this:
