Finding a line within a circle on PDF

Hi all

Part of my process goes into a PDF to determine if a red line is located within a purple circle - is this possible? The red line can go through at different angles and sometimes have text near it, I’ve attached 2 examples:

I only need to know if the red line is within the circle, sometimes there’s a red line that doesn’t go through the circle.
