We can use READ TEXT activity from UiPath.word.activities from manage packages
—install it and use that activity and get the output in the form of string variable
—with that we can find use Split or regex method

HI , you can use regex expression for text between two word. use matches activity and below expression (look ahead look behind) (?<=“+first variable name+”)(.*?)(?=“+second variable name+”)
