Find Relative Element affected by Screen Resolution?

Would like to know if the Find Relative Activity can be affected based on screen resolution. I found a post which list activities that are affected by screen resolution however the Find Relative Activity was not listed.

Would like to confirm since I am having some issues with the activity on different machines.

Anything that uses pixel coordinates will be affected.
