Filtering from sharepoint

Hello & good day all,

I would like to seek for your advice how do I successfully to filter from sharepoint. From status column, I needed those with ‘Pending’ status. Once I have done that I need to download the attachment.

The problem that I faced are:

1. this is in IQY format, hence I was not able to use the ‘Excel Application Scope’
2. I tried using ‘Anchor base’ but seems like it cant find the right drop down menu as there are so many from other columns:
   i. Find image → Column Status together with the drop down menu
   ii. Click menu button → To click on the drop down menu
   iii. Next I use Click to filter the pending items

I am not sure how do I successfully perform filtering here, can someone help to advice? Thank you
