Filter wizard

Hi,

I am using filter wizard to filter for specific text. I tried to filter for “Self-service” only using the “=” operation but the result included “Guided self-service”, so the “=” operation to me means anything including.

What operation can I use to filter for a specific text?

Regards,

Jeff

Hi @JeffNZ,

Can you explain your scenario & what you want?

Use “Contains” and always convert the text to lower/upper case while comparison.

Do you mean that the “=” filter is showing behavior of “Contains”?
Please attach a screenshot for reference.

Hi,

I’ve attached a screenshot. I wanted to filter for “self-serve” only but the results are also including “guided self-serve” which I do not want.

Many thanks in advance.

Jeff

HI @JeffNZ,

Am not able to see the screenshot,Can you see & share

Sorry was attaching. Should be there now.

For clarity the operator I am using is “=” as I interpreted it as LIKE.

Hi @JeffNZ,

If other than Self-Service,is there anything you want to delete ?

Hi,

I would also like to delete “Procurement Led”. This option is already removed so the only one left to delete is “self-serve”. I only want rows that are “guided self-serve”.

Regards,

Jeff
