Why cant indicate “or” logic operator in filter wizard
You can change And with Or, click on And it will change it Or where you required.

if “Or” is selected from the drop down menu would not give me the data i want to filter.
Or has to be in value field

Could you be more specific or what are the conditions you want to add in Filter datatable.

It’s difficult to write complex logic in Filter Datatable wizard. So it may be better to split it to 2 filter datatable as the following, for example.

As @Yoichi has pointed in his reply , it is good practice to use two Filter Table wizards accommodating And/OR conditions .
Please try to do the filtering in the mentioned way .
