Filter pivot table with a non-existent value

Hello,
could you please help me, with filter pivot table?
I have the whole process created, but I find that when I run it, it sometimes crashes on the pivot table filtering.

I always filter the same values, but sometimes it happens that the values I filter are missing in excel.
How to filter these values in the pivot table as easily as possible and if they are not included in excel, let it skip them?

For example:
I need to filter the rows from the SRCI column where the value “BGM1” is. In case this value is missing in the table today, I want to proceed to the next filter and skip this one.

Is it somehow easy to just check it somewhere in the settings? Or do you have to use a new activity in a complicated way? If so, does anyone have the best example of how I could do this please?

Thank you

What you have done looks correct…when you say skip not to filter with that at all? even if we filter with or condition if any one of 3 presents that should suffice

are you seeing any issue?

cheers

Yes, sometimes it happens that this value is missing in the document, and then the whole process crashes. Because it’s trying to filter out a value it can’t find.

@patrik.cizek

If you are filtering to read the data then you can try to read the dtaa first and then use a filter on datatable

Let me check as we use pivot filters and never faced issue as such…may be the values might be always present…let me reconfirm on the same

Cheers
