Filter data table on certain condition like Regex of get exact value

P1 14 Ad+ Discount Change, Platform Group Change
P2 15 Discount Change
P3 45 Ad+ Discount Change, Platform Group Change, Discount Change

I want to use filter datatable acitivty

i should only get the row which has only Discount Change not Ad+ discount change
in above example I need P2 and P3 but not P1 because it contains Ad+ discount change, I want P3 because that has both Ad+ discount change and discount change.
