Fill Application of Project Id and Project Name under each Employee Id

In one of the company website I want to read data from excel- column employee Id and then click search on that website to fetch the data. Then under that employee Id I need to update project Id and project name example like 4-10 project Id and names under the same employee id. Once done click submit go to next employee Id click search and update the project Id and names continuously again like 4-10 project id and name under 2nd employee id and click the submit button i want to run this in loop.
