Files in Shared Folder

Hi all,

May I know how do we check if a file has fully synced into the shared folder?

e.g. A new file created in the shared folder will have a blue rotating arrow beside the file saying that its still uploading the changes into the shared folder. Once it has fully synced into the shared folder, the status changes from rotating arrow to a green tick.

The problem I am facing here is that there are times where I need to make multiple changes to the excel file. But when a file is newly created but not yet sync, UiPath cannot make any changes to it.

You can try using file change trigger activity or file exist activity .

Both can be used to check if the file is created or not.
