file wasnot avilable on site
where to find files ?
update : solved
Hi @Ahmed_rpa1
that “File wasnt available on site” message is actually from Chrome’s own download manager, not something on UiPath’s side directly, it shows up when the browser tries to download a file and the link on the server returns broken or missing
since you tried it twice and got the same result both times, this isnt a one off connection hiccup, the ExcelConsolidation_Part1.zip attachment on that Automation Explorer v2024.10 lesson is most likely actually missing or broken on Academy’s file host right now
couple things to try meanwhile, right click the download link and choose “copy link address”, then paste it in a new tab directly, sometimes that bypasses whatever is blocking the normal click. Also worth trying a different browser (edge/firefox) just to rule out something local, but given the exact same error twice in a row on chrome i doubt its local to you
if neither works, this is one for UiPath to fix on their end, exercise files going missing happens sometimes on academy after content updates. Worth flagging the exact course name, module and lesson here so their team can locate and reupload it.
hope this gets fixed soon
@Ahmed_rpa1 Welcome to community!
Instead using incognito mode try in non incognito mode(Normal chrome/edge), there you can download the files.
Let me know if this works
Happy Automation

And check chrome settings that might be blocking something..

Great to hear that! Yeah probably it was fixed by UiPath team or it was even a temporary issue! ![]()
@Ahmed_rpa1
check chrome settings that might be blocking something..
try : logout from"https://academy.uipath.com/" then relogin again
or: copy the link of lesson by right-clicking on lesson name in the course lessons panel
then: paste it in edge browser and login and try downloading it
then: you can back to chrome to same page by the copied link and login again and it will work !!
