$file name automatically read even it's not there in the file list

Hi, I have only 5 files in a folder but the file name strating with $ automatically comes.

That means that the file 1001_311_Aug.xlsx is opened at the time that the robot is reading the files. Windows creates a temporary file with that naming scheme when a file is opened. It is not shown in the File Explorer by default, you must choose to view hidden files and folders.

Kindly use a kill process with process name as “EXCEL” before getting this filepath
