File corrupted error in read range activity

We are using a read range activity in our uipath project to read a word file from the sharepath.

Sometimes it is showing us the File corrupted error. And for sometimes not.

When we check on the read range file path it is correct and no issues in it. But sometimes it is throwing us the file corrupted error.

Please help.

add a kill process step before accessing word.
