File appears as modified by merely scrolling

I’m attaching a screengrab:

Randomly, by merely scrolling over a workflow, suddenly appears as modified (with an “*” next to its name on the tab).

This leds to confusion many times, as I get worried I modified the file or screwed up things without notice. And as “undo/redo” functionality is TOTALLY BROKEN and there’s NO LIST OF UNDO/REDO AVAILABLE ACTIONS, one can’t check what’s done.

You don’t know how many times I have to close and reopen the project, hoping I didn’t save it, to get rid of these worries.

It’s strange!
Is it happening due to expanding the activities like sequences?

The only think I did during the recording of the video was to scroll; the sequence was already expanded.

This is caused by the integration service activities, if you notice it only happens when you get to them.

They are refreshing themselves when they get to them.
It would be nice if we could supress this indeed, I didnt dive into exactly what changes.
