Fichier .zip in outlook

Hello Friends,
I need you help.

I need to create a robot intended to connect with outlook account and then , check if the an email has a zip-file.
If yes, the robot must be able to open the zip file and extract and save the fichier inside (which is a .txt extension) in an specific folder…

I would really appreciated if you could help me an suggest the best way to program this robot,

NOTE: I guess you have Outlook application installed in the robot machine.
