Ffmpeg save 0KB file for BRE and System Exception

Hi All,

I found an issue to save screen recording for BRE and system exception. I’m using ffmpeg for saving the recording. It saves the screen recording for successful transactions. But the file is 0KB for the transactions with BRE and system exception. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?
