Fetch image atttachments from email attachment section only

I have gone through this thread and I have the exact same query. But this thread has been closed.

I need to download image attachments from the email attachments section only. I am using Save mail attachments activity to download all the attachments. But the emails contain signatures which are also images and getting downloaded. I am not sure how to differentiate between these two. Is there any way this can be done?

Cannot filter by file extension as the attachments that I need and the signature have same extension.
Cannot filter by file size as they be similar
