Hi everyone,
While going through the course Use Case Overview: Vendor Onboarding Process Automation Implementation, I noticed something I wanted to flag for awareness in the chapter “The Business Analyst’s Role in the Automation Implementation.”
In the section “Starting with the automation implementation,” where the automation implementation stages are presented using a process flow diagram, the Solution Design stage initially appears to be inactive. When Process Analysis is selected, the flow skips directly to Development and Testing, without activating the Solution Design step.
Additionally, after the flow jumps to Development and Testing, clicking that stage (which would normally progress to User Acceptance Testing) instead redirects back to Solution Design, which logically should occur before Development and Testing.
Not sure if this behavior is intentional or a UI sequencing issue, but I thought it might be helpful to highlight, as it could be confusing for learners trying to follow the end-to-end BA lifecycle in the correct order.
Happy to hear if others have noticed the same. Overall, really enjoying the course. Great content ![]()
