Feature Request: Integration between Automation Hub Components and Orchestrator Shared Library

The idea here is that there should be a way for people who are looking to raise a new Idea to understand what has already been done that is reusable.

As an automation developer, want a way to describe re-usable components (similar to how you can define them in Automation Hub) in Orchestrator, so that I can maintain details in Orchestrator and have them automatically updated as components in Automation Hub.

For example, if I’m looking to raise a new Idea, I first want to check to see if there are any components out there that relate to the application or process that my idea is for, so that I can include that in my idea. Additionally, I can reach out to the component contributors to inquire about their implementation of that component to see if that is something that can be reused in my idea.

tl;dr, it creates a tighter integration between Automation Hub and Orchestrator and reduces some manual inputs and keeps a single source of truth.
