Failure to open a workflow on a different server

Hello everyone,

I try to open a workflow on a different server than the one I developed but it gives me an error with the description:

Access to route '(My Workflow Path) is denied.

I developed the workflow on a server 1 community edition and on server 2 it has a licensed production environment.

What could be the problem?

Does the user have the necessary permissions to access the project folder and so on?

Sounds like a user rights issue. Maybe check with your sysadmin or similar.

Yes, server 2 is the main productive server so it has all permissions.

Is “server 2” the user or is server 2 the machine?
The “robot” user needs the correct permissions aswell.

The server 2 is the machine well in fact both server are virtual desktops

Ensure that the user or account you are using to access the workflow on Server 2 has the necessary permissions and access rights.
