Hi all. I am new to this. I am still doing the explorer course. The files are not downloading. It says “file was not available on site”. Any help please.

Try this :
Try refreshing the page, clearing browser cache, or using an incognito window or different browser. If the file still says “not available on site”, raise a ticket with UiPath Academy support since the content needs to be fixed by UiPath.

More context please, from where you are trying to download, how you are downloading, what activities you are using?
I am using google chrome for the course. I am trying to download excel zip files to follow up on the practical tutorials. The zip files are not downloading
This can be Chrome download restriction or popup block. Allow downloads for academy.uipath.com in Chrome settings, check if the download is being blocked in the browser bar, or try incognito mode or another browser like Edge.
