Failed While Running Portal Caused by Unable to Authenticate With Sisense

How to resolve when error - "Failed while running Portal caused by Unable to authenticate with Sisense" ?

Issue Overview:  When running the UiPath.InsightsAdminTool.exe command to enable a Tenant, the following error is encountered. 

Failed while running Portal caused by Unable to authenticate with Sisense

 

Troubleshooting Steps:

 1.      Ensure this is being run from the computer with Insights installed on it

2.       Ensure that Insights is installed by going to Add/Remove programs.

3.       Try to access Insights by going to the following URLs 

  1. localhost:3030
  2. localhost:443

4.       If localhost:3030 is accessible, try restarting all services .
