How to resolve when error - "Failed while running Portal caused by Unable to authenticate with Sisense" ?
Issue Overview: When running the UiPath.InsightsAdminTool.exe command to enable a Tenant, the following error is thrown.
"Failed while running Portal caused by Unable to authenticate with Sisense"
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Ensure this is being run from the computer with Insights installed on it
- Ensure that Insights is installed by going to Add/Remove programs.
- Try to access Insights by going to the following URLs
- localhost:3030
- localhost:443
- If localhost:3030 is accessible, try restarting all services .
