Failed to locate split button from IE download prompt

Guys,

I have the exact issue as mentioned in the below thread but I don’t really know where/how to try out this solution provided in the thread, can anyone enlighten me a bit?
I could not find any activity like “Hardware Event” basically.

Usually they meant like uncheck both simulate Nd send window message property and
Use a DELAY activity before that specific activity with TimeSpan of around three seconds like this
