Failed to install package with error 401

When trying to install a package for Orchestrator 2019.4.4 a 401 error message is thrown.

The error occurs starting with Orchestrator version 2019.4.4 when the 2 following conditions are in place:
1. Database is case sensitive
2. Tenant name has at least a capital letter in it

Workaround:
Work with a case insensitive database
