How to address the "Failed to install Autopilot solution Deployment with key 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx' was not installed successfully" error when upgrading Autopilot for Everyone
Issue Description
When trying to upgrade Autopilot for Everyone, the following error message appears: "Failed to install Autopilot solution Deployment with key 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx' was not installed successfully"
Root Cause
- Autopilot for Everyone is not enabled in the Organization/Tenant.
- There is a misconfiguration in the AI Trust Layer side.
- There is an internal issue with the upgrade.
Resolution
- In Orchestrator, go to Tenant > Solutions > Deployments, delete the Autopilot solution in the draft state, and reattempt to install Autopilot from the AI trust layer tab.
- Ensure that all prerequisites for the upgrade (Autopilot - Prerequisites and Autopilot - Prerequisites for installation) are met, including verifying permissions and whether Autopilot for Everyone is in fact enabled in the Organization/Tenant.
- Uninstall your current installation and reinstall with the new version.
- Please note that when uninstalling Autopilot for Everyone, the “Autopilot” solution folder will be removed, so you will need to write down any advanced settings that you have customized and any starting prompt, automation or ECS index that you might have created in the “Autopilot” solution folder to add once you re-install.
