I changed my PC. Instal UiPath and transfer my old project. But I get package download error. I go to manage package I get error too. Any suggestion?
Can you try deleting project.json file and open the XAML file once again, sometimes that helps, please keep a copy of project.json for safer side.

This usually happens because UiPath cannot resolve or locate the required package references in the new environment when the cache is missing or the packages are not restored.
To fix this error, try repairing the dependencies.
