Issue description:
For online env FE and IKC should be deployed as an Mlskill, for offline it is working as a service.
Failed to create MlSkill Formextractor and a ML skill intelligent keyword classifier.
Failed to apply default image tag "registry.uipath.com/aicenter/python37duv3:$(build-info.yaml:aicenter/python37duv4)
Resolution:
1. Connect to argocd >aicenter application>details>parameters:
2.Look in the parameter list for:
ai-pkgmanager.aiPkgManager.pythonBaseImages.du.tag
3.Edit and set the value to:
v23.10.4-rc108
Note: this image is used for FE v 2.0, for online deployments will be retrieved from registry.uiparth.com
4.Once Aicenter is synced, rerun the MlSkill.
