Fail to upgrade Mail package to 1.23.10

Dear Experts

I fail to upgrade my Mail package to 1.23.10(or any latest version)

Error message as below, can you tell me what should I do?

Thanks

@yangyq10,

Try upgrading the UiPath.System.Activities package to latest possible version and then try installing Mail activities package.

@ashokkarale

Still can’t work…

@ashokkarale

I removed the dependency, but now I can’t install mail.activities at all…

Can anyone help? Please, please, please…

  1. Try to go to C:\users\username.nuget\ and rename the oackages folder and reopen the project
  2. Match the system packages version with studio version and then try to install the mail packages you need

Cheers

@Anil_G May I know what is oackages and rename to what?

@yangyq10,

Try this approach.

  1. Take a backup of project.json file of your project.
  2. Close the project from Studio.
  3. Delete project.json file of your project.
  4. Now open the project by double clicking on the Main.xaml
  5. Now project.json file for your project should be built automatically with required package versions.
  6. Now try installing Mail package.

@yangyq10

Packages …its a typo…its the folder…rename to any other name

Cheers

@ashokkarale

But it back to 1.20.0 version and when I upgrade to 1.23.10 the error occurs again

@yangyq10,

  1. Close the project.
  2. Navigate to path C:\Users\your User name\.nuget\packages\uipath.mail.activities
  3. Delete every folder inside it.
  4. Open the project and check if the package got restored correctly

@ashokkarale I uninstall UiPath Studio and cancel all packages and install UiPath Studio again, and still come this way…

@ashokkarale @Anil_G

I check with other colleagues in my team, they have the same issue on community version. So this is not a single case now…

@yangyq10,

I tried to install on Studio Version 2023.10.3 and it’s worked without issue. You can raise a support ticket with UiPath support team for the root cause and solution.

@ashokkarale
