Fail to perform UI Operation in Remote desktop with Unattended bot

Hi all,
I have created a process which performs operations on a desktop application. I have deployed that process on a remote desktop with a non-production bot. The process gets triggered but it fails to recognize UI elements. (Same process works fine with attended bot.) Then I updated the process and set Send Window Message or Simulate Click/Type set to True. But problem is that when it triggered, it fails to perform send hot keys operation. At few places it also fails to click or type into.
Can anyone suggest any better way to handle it?

Are there any different/additional steps you are doing in attended mode?

No. I am not doing anything different. The same process is getting executed with an attended bot but with giving error with the unattended.

Alright then. I think there’s a high possibility of resolution problem. And it’s because the production robot must have the same resolution as the machine you designed your workflow in. Please go to Orchestrator and open up your unattended robot and in the settings section of your robot, do the actions I’ve explained above. After you set the settings, go to your robot’s machine and open up Services in Windows and restart UiPath Robot service.
