Fail to get OCR japanese text in Citrix environment

Hi everyone,

I am working with Citrix environment.
I use google OCR to get japanese text in virtual machine but failed.
I am using trial version of uipath.
I wonder Will this issue be solved if I buy the license?
Please help me if you have any solution for this problem.

Thanks you so much for your quick reply.
I saw that thread before, and I already installed that language package.
But the problem is: It can not get japanese text 100% correctly.
Sometime it get correctly, sometime it doesn’t.
So I wonder is there any better solution for this problem.

No OCR is 100% accurate .The results varies and this is due to limitations of OCR.
You can give try with Abby OCR which is much better than Google and microsoft.

Will the accurate of result of OCR be better If you buy license for uipath studio?

Nope,
Buying Licensed UiPath Studio doesn’t change fact of accuracy of OCR.
Regards to Abby its a paid version
