Facing Issues while Automating Invoice Creation process in Ariba Portal?

Hi Team,

we’re facing lot of issues while automating Invoice Creation process in Ariba portal.

while login to the portal/ after entering Invoice or PO Number in search box/ after entering details in req fields/after clicking on next or submit button on the ariba portal, directly the page is getting to navigate to Login page, attached screenshot for reference.

kindly let us know if you’ve faced similar issues while automating Ariba portal and resolution for these issues if any…

thats not usual unless you have a lot of delay to fill the data

manually also do you see such issues?

Can you try its,

Use different firefox, (mozilla, edge etc.)
Also can you try incognito mode.

We’ve used different browsers and still faced the same issue.

If you are facing manually also - It could be an issue from the application side and not specific to Automation

Then ideally u should be reqching out to ur sap or ariba team
