Issue Description:

Error:

{“Code”:“Agent.Unknown”,“Title”:“Using Conversational Engine, but FpsProperties is not provided”,“Detail”:“Using Conversational Engine, but FpsProperties is not provided\n”,“Category”:null,“Status”:500}

Root-cause:

Conversational Agents should start from the Conversational Agents Service rather than directly from Orchestrator, as this ensures proper initialization and correct UI display.

Resolution:

Kindly ensure that the initialization is being performed correctly. Conversational Agents should start from the Conversational Agents Service rather than directly from Orchestrator, as this ensures proper initialization and correct UI display.

Please follow the steps below to run Conversational Agents in the CAS environment:

  1. Navigate to the menu: Go to the "Agents" section, select "Instances," and then choose "Conversational Agents."
  2. Start the agent: In the Conversational Agents section, click on "Chat now" for the specific agent you wish to interact with.
  3. Always start the conversational agent from CAS instead of directly from Orchestrator, as CAS is responsible for initializing the conversation and managing the user interface.
  4. Use the correct conversation ID: When running a Conversational Agent, ensure you are using the conversation ID created and managed by CAS for ongoing conversations.

By following these steps, you can successfully run Conversational Agents in the CAS environment.
