Facing issue while using find children activity

Hello guys,

while running my workflow, code running within the for each block only once and
2nd and time throwing error due to null element getting in find children.

i dont understand the difference , running loop first time working properly.

What activity is kept inside the for each loop and may I know which child element we are trying to obtain
