Preparing for Adv Cert - GetAppCredentials Missing?

Hi I was watching YT videos to see how other people approached the Level 3 practices questions, and saw they used a pre-made workflow from the Framework folder (in RE-Framework) called GettAppCredentials.xaml. But I do not have this in my installed version: 2019.10.04. Has this been superseded by another approach?
