Is outlook app is required to install on machine?
currently i am using outlook on web.

Outlook application should be installed on system to use these dedicated activities. There is no need to open outlook session or appilcation at the time of workflow run but the outlook application should be installed to use these activities.

if you are using outlook Web then better to use IMAP activities. as well.
