Extractor/Classifier Status: Not Available

Hello there! I have a question regarding the status of the extractors and classifiers in document understanding.

I have created an extractor and a classifier for my project. While using them the 75% of my units were consumed. Today, I opened the cloud and saw that I consumed all of my units and had no more licenses. In Document Understanding and AI Center I saw that my extractor and classifier I was using (alongside with the not used extractors I was previously using) have status “Not Available”. In AI Center there were no ML Skills connected with my extractors and classifier, although the pipelines for their training remain in AI Center.

I don’t know what caused the status of the extractors and classifier. I deleted the most of the extractors and created new ones.

Do you have any idea what might caused this status? Could be the fact that I consumed all my units and there were no licenses for both Document Understanding and AI Center?
Is there a way that I can change the status of the extractors and classifier back to “Available”?

Check once the available AI units from Admin → Licenses → Consumables panel

I followed the path you provided and all my AI Units are consumed.

Now I have requested for the Pro Trial and another 5K units were added in my AI Units. But the status of the extractors and classifiers did not change.
