ExtractData download data error for windows system

I using ExtractData download data for SAP, but download error.
eg: Correct： “Staff Name:John Email:John@xx”,but false:"Staff Name:John Email: 0000000205 "
Email form “John@xx” change to “0000000205”, and have space in char

我在SAP中使用ExtractData下载数据，但是下载发生错误
比如：正确数据应该是：“Staff Name:John Email:John@xx”， 但是错误的是："Staff Name:John Email: 0000000205 "

其中它的Email从正常的邮箱变成了数字，且数据前后都有空格
