Extract text from some other format file

i have one .210 format file which contains some data.
i wants to open this with notepad and copy the text and do some string manipulation on it to extract specific text.so my ques is how can i read that file?

i attached that file in zip format,pls unzip it & take look

You have a activity called Read Text file activity it will read and store the data in a string from that string you manipulate the string
