Unable to extract Table from PDF to Excel with given formatting

Please suggest any solution without CV Scope

You can do it with Acrobat or one of the many online tools. The UiPath activities just get the data, not the formatting.

It depends upon the type of file if it is native then you can use Acrobat and export data into excel other use the DU.
