Extract report number from the excel with reference to Date

I have to extract report number from the excel with reference to Date, date may particular date or future date of particular date. (In real time the report number will be updated not only in a particular date, it may be in future date aslo). please provide the solution. Thank you…

So You want all the report numbers which is Equals to Particular date or Greater Than Particular Date Right?
