Extract information from pdf

I need to read the following pdf
20191013 TESTO SPA.PDF (17.6 KB)
and extract 4 informations:

  1. data richiesta
    2)Scadenza validitĂ 
    3)Denominazione/ragione sociale
    4)Codice fiscale

Can you please find me?
I have problems with regex and it is urgent.

not for the dates.
Can you please share a method in order to extract values without referring to indexex, but with regex matching ?
