Extract from multiple URL - add collum - and join all extracted data

How can I do it? I’m a newbie. I’ve been trying for 1 month and I can’t
1 - I need to extract data from multiple sites from an .xls file

2 - And add a column with the name of each extracted data (ex. “Ptbl3”)

3 - Save everything in a single xls file, or multiple xls files.

I tried to solve it myself, but so far I couldn’t.
