Extending/ renewing community license

Hi All,

On the renew page, I have submitted a request to renew my community license on the 2nd January 2019 but did not receive any confirmation.
How do I extend/renew my license apart from the renew page?

Installer(.exe or .msi): .exe

License type(Free, Trial/License code): Free (Community)

Studio/Robot version: Studio 2018.3.2 - 10/30/2018

Current behavior: Expires in 1 day

Are you trying to extend community or enterprise editions?
In the first post you mentioned as community, in the previous post you mentioned as enterprise.

The link which I gave you is for the community edition.

In case of community edition, the given link in the previous thread will work.

In case of enterprise edition and any other issue with the license, please contact licensing team from the below link -

You must update studio version to 2018.4 it will ask you to renew community licence just click and follow the steps.
