I am using an Express User license.
I can publish the first solution, but when I try to publish a second solution, I encounter the error below and cannot publish.
Please let me know the workaround.

In the case of an Express User, there is a limit to the number of processes that can be published.
Solution
Information as of September 4, 2026.
Please assign a license other than Express User, such as Automation Developer.
