Export to Word Error - Paper: raster size exceeded

Hi All,
My user encountered this error when exporting to Word. My team mates informed it happens when there are more than a thousand clicks in a single recording. Pls advise how to fix this. tq

Hello @sandra.goh!

Looks like the amount of captured actions is too big to be exported to the Word document. We recommend to stick up to 500 actions per document in order to generate informative PDD and avoid such cases. As a suggestion, please leverage the ‘Pause’ button during the recording or split the complex processes into several ones and record each separately. Please also follow the instructions provided in Best Practices page Best Practices.
