Expanded filter and sorting methods for queue transaction

I would really like to see more options for filtering and sorting queue transaction lists. You can only sort by columns [Started] and [Ended] today and filters can only be applied using a single value.

It would be nice if all columns could be sorted by and filtering could be done with multiple values like showing both Status “New” and “In Progress” at the same time for instance. I imagine checkboxes in the drop down list for selection, just like filtering a list in Excel.

Addition: A column showing date when item was added (sortable) would also be great!
