Thanks Andrei,

We found the issue. It was quite stupid and first thing I should have checked but client IT forgot to mention that they open RDP access individually on the machines and the one I was testing on didn’t have it.

It’s solved now, the problem is coming from Infra, they block my ip address.

I tried to re-enter my credentials but it didnt work.
